My role in offering the Innate Planning for the 4th Trimester Course is to ensure mothers and families are prepared for the inevitable challenges the postpartum brings. I offer time-tested, evidence-based, traditional wisdom, and invaluable information to ensure the most peaceful, healthy, and joyous postpartum experience possible.
